Eric has a engineering background.  He has worked within his industry for 23 years in various capacities.  His focus has been in the mechanical engineering and design of HVAC systems. In addition, he has distinguished himself as an expert in the field of HVAC system engineering diagnostics.  He is certified by the National Balancing Institute as a test and air balance engineer and  a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Certified in Industrial Ventilation Design through University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV).  In addition, Mr. Maxwell currently holds contracting licenses in California, Nevada, and Arizona. 

He is a husband and father of three children.  His hobbies include traveling, competitive fencing, reading, and corvettes.
